Group G Winners: 16/1

First-time World Cup qualification for the tiny west African nation was such a great achievement the country?s president declared a national holiday to celebrate.

Togo had never come close to qualifying before until they embarked on the history making campaign which saw them secure a place in Germany ahead of 2002 World Cup quarter finalists Senegal and African Cup of Nations finalists Mali.

After a nervous start which saw them lose their opening match in a preliminary qualification tie against minnows Equatorial Guinea 1-0, they won the return leg 2-0 and after losing their opening group match away to Zambia, remained unbeaten to top the group.

Their place in Germany was decided on the final day of qualifying and a draw at Congo would be enough. They fell behind twice but two second half goals from Sochaux striker Kader Toure earned Les Eperviers (The Sparrow Hawks) a 3-2 win.

Qualification saw a party to end all parties in the capital of Lome.
livescore

If you go to bed at 10pm, finish eating for the day no later than 7pm. Once you have made this a habit you will be ecstatic over the long-term weight loss!

Resolution #5: Spice up you Workouts with Circuit Training

Are your workouts consisting of the same exercises in the same order at the same weight? If you find yourself falling into a rut at the gym give circuit training a try. Start by doing one set of your first exercise and then moving on to do one set of your second exercise. After you have done every exercise once, start again from the top! If you want to burn extra calories add 5 minutes on a bike between each set.
treadmills in australia

Check to make sure it won?t slip. Wear sturdy shoes that will help to keep your balance while on the ladder. Take the rake with you and climb as far as you need to in order to reach the gutter. Use your hand-size rake to gently loosen mud, debris, and leaves from the gutter, taking care not to push too forcefully, which could cause breakage. Use your leaf blower as needed to scatter collected foliage. Remove as much as you can. Then carefully descend the ladder, move it a few feet to the right or left, and repeat the process until you have cleaned all the gutters along the roof.

Aim to spill the debris into a central pile below, on the ground, if possible.
indoor clothesline

There are a number of options available to make using a stair lift easier. The most obvious option is to have a swivel seat stairlift. This means that you can swivel the chair when you reach the top of the stairs, so that you are facing away from the staircase when you get off. The swivel seat is usually operated by pressing down on a lever at the side of the chair. A swivel seat stairlift makes it much easier and safer to get on and off the lift. The stairlift chair then acts as a barrier so that if you were to lose balance you could not fall down the stairs. A swivel seat is a standard option on most stairlifts these days, so you shouldn’t have to pay extra.

Powered swivel seats are also available if you are unable to swivel the seat yourself.
home water distiller

But have you considered the bill that costs you the
most each month?

On average your housing costs probably run about 30% of your
take home pay. Your other bills which include utilities, credit
cards, etc. also run about 30% of your take home pay. It
probably takes another 30% to run your household and if you
are lucky you can stash the remaining 10% in a savings account.

What are your percentages? Do you know? That’s the problem. Most people run their budget out of their wallet.

There is that hideous word “Budget”. Many people compare
operating their finances with a budget to having a ball and
chain attached to their wallet.
mailpost

Fireplaces and then wood stoves provided warmth in cold winter climates for centuries, until central heating replaced them.

However, heating and cooking with wood has had its problems. Burning wood isn?t the cleanest method of heating; conventional woodstoves and fireplaces put a lot of both gaseous and particulate pollutants into the air, as well as coating chimneys and stovepipes with a gummy, highly flammable substance called creosote. Before the advent of oil-based central heating, many chimney fires each year, caused by the igniting of creosote build-up, resulted in the loss of thousands of homes and many lives.

Enter the wood pellet. Sawdust and other plant materials such as wood chips and, in some cases, nut hulls, are compressed into these tiny pellets. New, energy-efficient, clean-burning stoves especially designed to burn wood pellets have turned wood into a safe, economical, and environmentally sound way to heat homes.

Wood pellets are manufactured in over 60 locations around the United States, making their production a local industry in many communities. There?s an advantage to this also; local production of energy sources eliminates the need for transporting the fuels long-distance, saving on the energy costs associated with shipping and resulting in lower prices for the consumer.

As more attention is paid to the costs of conventional home heating fuels and the heightened worries over global warming, wood pellets promise to be a popular, low-cost alternative to fuel oil and propane.

Good carbohydrates have low glycemic index which means that they are slowly digested and absorbed. The South Beach diet bans unhealthy fats such as saturated fat.

Finally, the South Beach diet stresses a permanent change in one?s way of eating. The South Beach diet suggests whole grains along with large amounts of vegetables, with sufficient amounts of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, plus Omega-3 oils. The South Beach diet discourages eating of overly refined foods such as flour and sugar.

According to experts, the South Beach diet met the criteria of healthy diet which is a good thing. The bad thing is the induction phase wherein dieters lose weight due to loss of water. Losing a large amount of water can disturb one?s electrolyte so if you?re following the South Beach diet, it would be better if you work closely with a doctor.

According to Dr. Agatston, South Beach diet is neither a low carb nor low fat diet but the restrictions placed in the induction phase cut big time the carbohydrate and fat intake of dieters. The good thing about the South Beach diet is that it teaches people on the right foods to eat to cut the risk of heart problems and high cholesterol as well as help them lose weight.
philadelphia rhinoplasty

The weather had turned from cool and grey with the occasional peek of sunshine to dark, rainy and cold, so rather than walking around we decided to have an early dinner at a Chinatown restaurant called the Lobster King.

Both my friend Linda and I had ordered vegetarian dishes, but after taking our order the waiter returned and informed us that he was going to charge us $2 extra for each dish since vegetables are much more expensive during the winter months. I decided to have a look at their takeout menu and saw that the same low price was listed on the takeout menu as on the main menu. As a result I put forward an argument that if both the dine-in and the take-out menu are stating the same low price for both dishes, I would not agree with being charged an extra $2 for each dish based on a verbal announcement. Either change the menu to include the higher price or charge the prices that are shown on both menus.
mexico hotels

If the cause is viral or allergens, then the infection would not be immediately relived, but the doctor can try to prescribe other practical medications to soothe out.

Conjunctivitis caused by allergens or allergy-causing substances could also be relived by taking in antihistamines, which is the usual and most common drug prescribed to people with asthma and other allergies.

Conjunctivitis Prevention

It is observed that people are more prone to the eye infection immediately after recovering from colds. Remember that conjunctivitis is contagious, and you should be responsible to give out your share in curtailing the infection’s spread.

Always wash your hands and avoid making physical contacts with objects that may be in constant physical contact with other people.

Prevention is better than cure. Help prevent the spread of pink eyes. Will you?

Drop earrings usually extend further than a post and they will extend either to the side or done. Drop earrings are different from dangle earrings.

Drop earrings barely go pass the earlobe and are not as big as drop earrings. Dangle earrings hang an inch or more from the ear and usually make some noise when a woman walks. Drop earrings are not for older mothers, but they can be classy. With dangle earrings, they tend to be heavy, so you should either purchase drop or post earrings for your mother.

Even if you are on a budget for this Mother?s day, you will be able to find the perfect diamond earrings that your mom will love and you will your budget.
hair care appliances
